1. General

 

1.1 The NFDeer platform, including host websites that have a link to this privacy policy (hereinafter and above the “Site” and together with the accompanying services, the “Services”) are provided by Ray Innovation Ltd. and/or related companies (the “Company” and /or “we/we”). We welcome the users of the Services (hereinafter referred to as: “users” or “visitors”). The Company works to protect the privacy of the users of the Services (hereafter referred to as: “users” or “surfers”), and for reasons of transparency, hereby submits the privacy policy of the Services, based on which personal information details of users will be processed.

 

1.2 These terms are an integral part of the terms of use policy (“terms of use”) of the Company, and they do not derogate from what is stated in the terms of use.

 

1.3 The company will be entitled to change the terms of the privacy policy from time to time. If material changes are made to this policy, the Company will publish a notice on the Site: https://www.nfdeer.com.

 

1.4 Using the Services after the privacy policy changes indicates the user’s agreement to the updated policy. The user should be noted that for specific Services and/or applications of the Company, another privacy policy may apply, in addition to this policy, in relation to the use of information collected in that application or service.

 

1.5 If you do not agree to the terms appearing in the Site agreements, in whole or in part, please refrain from browsing and/or using this Site for any purpose.

 

2.  What information is collected from users?

 

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any personal information about you that can identify you (by itself or in combination with other data), such as your name, address, email address, credit information, other means of identification, or your Internet Protocol (or ‘IP ‘). In no way do we collect or access your personal information relating to your wallet address or online identifier, such as a unique identifier. 

 

We collect personal information about you in several different ways. In this section, we will explain the various ways in which we collect personal information about you and how this information will be used.

 

We will generally collect and store the following data about you when you access and use our Services: 

 

2.1 Data you provide us directly: 

 

2.1.1 If you register on the Site, we will collect your identifying information such as first and last name, username, email address, phone/mobile number, messaging applications (e.g., Telegram, etc.), and other registration-related information. 

 

2.1.2 If you choose to pay by credit card, we may collect the transaction details. 

 

2.1.3 If you sign up for the Site, our newsletter, content offers, or specific mailing lists, we will collect your email address. 

 

2.1.4 If you join any benefit gift program or complete surveys on the Site, we will collect and save the data you provide. 

 

2.1.5 If you choose to purchase our NFTs on one of our host sites, you may be required to provide your telephone number for verification purposes only. 

 

2.1.6 If you contact us through our Site or by email, raise a complaint, request technical support or report a problem with the Site, we may collect the information you provide (including your name and email address) and any content included in your message). 

 

2.2 Data we collect when you use our services: 

 

2.2.1 The IP address used to connect your mobile device or computer to the Internet. 

 

2.2.2 Data about your location, device type and model, operating system,  and platform.

 

2.2.3 Data related to your Site use, including but not limited to performance and frequency of use. 

 

2.2.4 The number of times you visit or use the Site and the time you spend using it. 

 

2.2.5 Information about cookies (see details later in the policy).

 

2.2.6 Browser details. 

 

2.3 Data we collect from third parties 

 

2.3.1 Data from companies that offer their products or services in relation to our Services or whose products or services may be linked from our service or whose products or services may be linked to their service.

 

2.3.2 Analytical information provided by third-party analysis services engaged in analyzing how users use the Services. 

 

2.3.3 Additional information as required from us to comply with legal obligations. 

 

2.3.4 Any data obtained by any of the above means may be associated with other data you have previously provided to us. 

 

2.3.5 Third-party advertising companies are sometimes used to help us collect this personal information. 

 

The information provided by the user and the information collected about him by the Company (collectively “the information about the user”) will be stored and handled by the Company following the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Law – 1981 and any regulations enacted thereunder, including the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001 and Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, including its storage in the Company’s registered databases. The information will be stored on the Company’s servers or the servers of third parties, including through “cloud” services, in Israel and/or abroad, sometimes in countries that provide a lesser level of protection for personal information than that provided by Israeli law. The user agrees to the storage and processing of such information by using the service. The use of the information will be in accordance with the purposes of these reserves and as stated in this policy. 

 

The user may refuse the delivery of the information or the collection of the information by the Company or any of the uses of the information listed above, but in such a case, the Company will be entitled not to allow him to continue using the services or receiving the Services.

 

3. The purposes of collecting the information and its use?

 

In addition to Section 2 above, the Company may use information about the user (directly or indirectly) for the following purposes:

  • Provide Service according to your request
  • Answer your questions and provide support.

  • Determining a user’s eligibility for various benefits that the Company may offer from time to time.
  • For the purpose of understanding who our Site’s users are and what their characteristics are.
  • For conducting surveys regarding the Services and products offered by the Company.
  • Enforcing the Company’s rights according to this policy.

 

Additional aggregated or statistical use may be made regarding browsing on the Site, and we will provide this to third parties for marketing purposes, analysis, or for purposes that serve our policy. This information could not personally identify you.

 

  1. How do we collect the information?

 

We collect the information in several ways:

  • Directly from you when you submit details through the Site or via email.
  • Web server: information about the Site use is provided to us through our web server linked with your browsing.
  • Third parties: such as protected management of an email list, social networks, if you choose to link a public profile to your account on the Services, and social sharing needs that you choose to perform, such as analytics services that collect information about how the Site and Services are used, and such as digital asset trading services that we will implement on the Site from time to time.
  • Cookies: We collect information through the use of cookies, pixel tags (web beacons), and similar digital means.

 

5. Cookies

 

5.1 Cookies are small text files stored on your computer. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, and some are saved on your computer’s hard drive. The cookies contain various information such as the pages you visited, the length of time you spent on each page, where you came to the Site from, topics you wish to see while browsing the Site, etc. The information contained in cookies is encrypted, and we take precautions to ensure that the information stored with us is well preserved.

 

5.2 Some of the Services use software that accumulates information, cookies, and the like for regular and proper functioning to secure the data therein and the information provided, including collecting statistical data about the use of the Services, to make decisions regarding the Services and/or the user’s activity, to verify details and identify, prevent fraud and thermals, in order to improve the browsing experience, while adapting the contents and Services to the user’s personal preferences, in order to characterize the products suitable for the user, to match advertisements relevant to the subscriber, even when browsing other websites, all for statistical, research, marketing, and commercial purposes, as well as for information security needs.



5.3 The cookies contain and collect information such as the contents viewed by the user, the length of time the subscriber has been on the Site, the user’s IP address or Device ID, device characteristics, and information that the subscriber will be asked to see when entering the Services, and more. Also, the cookies may save information about the user’s viewing and usage habits on other websites, the pages on the websites, and any other action on them.

 

5.4 Our Services may also use third-party cookies. For example, those embedded using Google Analytics, which help the Company adjust the browsing or usage experience for the user and derive statistical insights regarding all uses of the Services.

 

5.5 If you do not want to receive cookies, you can avoid this by changing the settings in your browser. However, keep in mind that disabling cookies may result in you being unable to use some of the Services and features on the Site. In addition, you may delete the cookies on your computer at any stage.

 

6. What information do we share with third parties

 

The Company may transfer the information about the user to third parties in Israel or abroad, including entities associated with the Company, at the user’s request or with his consent. The Company will share your personal information with various third parties as follows:

 

6.1 We use third parties to help us manage your information and the Site, such as our IT service providers, cloud service providers (for example WordPress, AWS), and customer service and support software providers. These companies are authorized to process data on our behalf only in accordance with the purposes of the processing and to provide us with the relevant Services. They cannot use them for their own independent purposes.

 

6.2 We may share your data with third-party wallet providers or payment processors to complete any purchase on the Site. As necessary, these third-party payment processors may also ask us to share your data with them to confirm the nature of any payment transaction and to verify your identity and payment details.

 

6.3 We share your personal information with companies that assist us in our marketing operations, for which you have given your consent.

7. The user’s choice

 

At each stage, you can choose to perform the following actions:

 

Cancellation of registration: Any email correspondence you receive from us will allow you to cancel your registration and contact us. Please note that in cases where you provide us with your email address again, it is like consent that we can contact you again. Beyond that, material updates regarding the service will be sent by email as long as you maintain an account with the Services, even if you have chosen not to receive further communications from us.

Disable cookies: You can disable cookies from your browser at any stage, as explained above.

Access, correction, and deletion of personal information: In accordance with the law in Israel, every person has the right to review for himself the information held about him in a database. We do not meet the threshold requirements for database registration at this stage. However, once registered, we will update the database information in this policy to allow you to review and/or request an update. 8. Information security

 

8.1 We attach great importance to the preservation of information about the  Site users and therefore implement systems and procedures for the security of information on the Site. We also take extra care in the internal classifications of employees who are allowed to access information about you. However, there is no absolute certainty in computerized systems; therefore, we cannot guarantee that browsing the website will be completely immune from unauthorized access. Please exercise discretion and extreme caution when providing details online and clicking on links.

8.2 The Company does everything in its ability to protect the confidentiality of information about the user while taking adequate and acceptable information security measures in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to the Company. The Company uses appropriate security technologies to prevent intrusion into the platforms through which the Services are provided and to prevent possible damage to the user’s privacy and examines these measures from time to time. However, the Company cannot guarantee that there will be no disruption to the Services or that there will be no risk of intrusion into the information. The Company will not be responsible for damage caused due to penetration or transfer to third parties, as mentioned, as long as the Company takes reasonable information security measures.

8.3 The user is responsible for using details that identify him personally, even if this is done without his consent. The responsibility to take information security measures also applies to the user, among other things: failure to provide identification information to others, checking that the contact information provided to the Company is correct, use of anti-virus software and protective measures for the terminal equipment from which the Services are accessed, use of protective measures for the terminal device such as a password or biometric identification.



9. Retention period

 

We take the appropriate measures to ensure that the information in our possession is reliable for its use, as well as accurate and complete as required to implement this privacy policy’s purpose. We will retain information about you for the period necessary to ensure the purposes detailed in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law and/or by the terms of the franchise.

Information necessary for us to manage our business, including documentation of actions you performed in connection with the Services or for the purpose of continuing to provide the Services in the future, will continue to be kept by us according to law.



10. Requests to review information, correct information, and referral questions

 

You have the right to review and request to correct or delete incorrect, complete, make more precise, or update information, all subject to any law. Please contact us as detailed below under “Contact us” in connection with any such request or if you have any questions or comments regarding how we handle information about you.

Also, as detailed in this privacy policy, we share information with third parties to provide the Services. Therefore, you are aware and hereby confirm that if you ask us to update or delete the information about you, we will not be able to update or delete information that was transferred to third parties for the purpose of providing the Services and which is held by those third parties in accordance with their terms.

 

11. Modifications in the privacy policy

 

We may modify this privacy policy from time to time. If we make a substantive change, we will give explicit notice about it on the Site’s home page. 

 

12. Law application

 

The laws of the State of Israel will apply to this privacy policy. The exclusive jurisdiction in connection with the policy is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv Jaffa district only.
